Key Responsibilities
+ Accurately process payments from external operations within designated closing timelines.
+ Collaborate with Division Orders to verify and resolve external oil and gas receivables.
+ Reconcile entries in the Undistributed Oil and Gas Revenue Payables account.
+ Engage directly with operators to address and resolve payment discrepancies.
+ Ensure timely and precise calculations and reporting to state agencies, fulfilling payment obligations and compliance requirements.
+ Conduct reconciliation of all general ledger accounts associated with federal, foreign, and state withholding.
+ Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Required
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel.
+ Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in revenue recognition.
+ Background in oil and gas accounting.
+ Familiarity with SAP.
+ Proficient in MS Word.
+ Previous experience in oil and gas accounting is advantageous.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
+ Requires extended periods of sitting, with some bending and stooping.
+ Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds.
+ Manual dexterity sufficient for operating a computer keyboard and calculator.
