We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial analysis, with the ability to compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts.
This role involves handling month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities, analyzing financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for auditing contracts, orders, and vouchers, and preparing reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process, as well as establishing, modifying, documenting, and coordinating the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting is required, along with 3+ years of relevant Accounting experience (leadership preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate across organizational boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
