Homecare Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Glenwood, Iowa. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Salary: $35-$40/hour

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Adult Patient Care Specialist with Maxim Healthcare Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult patients in their homes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in their homes
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state of Iowa
• One year of prior experience as a Registered Nurse
• Current Health Certificate
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS card
