Salud Para La Gente is seeking an experienced Care Team Nurse to join our clinical care team as a Clinical Care Team Lead. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the care team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between team members. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote efficient patient flow and minimize waiting times.
You will work closely with the Associate Director of Nursing to supervise and train certified medical assistants on clinical processes. You will also participate in staff meetings and maintain confidentiality and monitor policy adherence among support staff.
We offer a competitive salary range of $101,162.81 - $122,964.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Additionally, you will have access to voluntary long-term disability, 401(k) with match, flexible spending account, paid time off, and holiday pay.
