Rehabilitation Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Rehabilitation Technician to join our team at ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our therapists in delivering high-quality treatment.

• Assist with physical therapy treatment for patients with various conditions, including injuries and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Monitor patients and support therapists with treatment needs, ensuring a safe and convenient environment.
• Perform front office tasks, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and supporting registration and data entry.
• Escort patients between locations, if necessary, and maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
• Prepare patients, treatment areas, equipment, and supplies for therapy sessions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and/or training preferred.
• Background or interest in physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, or physiology.
• CPR/AED/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
