As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our donors and the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction and confidentiality.

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors and respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.

• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure the health of donors and the quality of product.

• Set up, disconnect, and operate the automated plasmapheresis machines.

• Disconnect and dispose of all contaminated disposable equipment.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Superior customer service standards

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Interest in making a difference in the world

• Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
