- Collaborate with Doctors: Support the doctor-led, hygiene-driven, operations focus philosophy through synergy meetings, team meetings, and strong morning huddles.
- Focus on Team Success: Prioritize and focus efforts to support doctors in achieving their top 10 professional goals.
- Build Alignment: Create alignment with doctors through daily one-on-ones, morning huddles, and weekly touch points.
- Partner with Doctors: Collaborate with doctors to identify skills needed for open positions and select candidates that are an 80% match for both the position and the practice.
- Onboard New Team Members: Successfully onboard new team members through partnerships with recruiting and support office.
- Support Team Growth: Support team members to prioritize and plan their training through Core Essentials and beyond.
