Job Overview Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team as a full-time BCBA for the 2024-2025 school year.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students, staff, and parents in a dynamic school setting.

  • Completing FBA's and positive behavior interventions
  • Collaborating with students, staff, and parents
Requirements
  • ACTIVE Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a school setting
  • Knowledge of behavior principles and strategies, and experience implementing behavior plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families
