Job Title: Janitor

Job Type: Part-time

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at MSNW Group LLC. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and disinfect interior spaces, including floors, carpets, rugs, windows, and walls
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and maintain cleaning inventory
  • Stock and maintain supply rooms, and notify supervisors of unsafe conditions or major repairs
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment as required
  • Dust furniture and fixtures, and maintain restrooms
  • Notify supervisors of any abnormal conditions or issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to lift at least 40lbs
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Integrity and ability to work independently
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
