Host/Hostess

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team at Red Lobster. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm smile and a friendly conversation
• Use a seating chart to seat guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Monitor the waiting list and manage the floor chart to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Communicate with guests who are waiting, keeping them informed of wait times and any special requests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the menus, waiting room, and restrooms
• Answer phones and take to-go orders as needed
