We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist PRN to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a key member of our cardiovascular team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients through all aspects of the procedure, including transport, site preparation, sterile procedure, patient monitoring, and hemostasis following removal of catheter or sheath, and return to room.
- Facilitate effective communication among departmental staff to ensure interdisciplinary and collaborative approach to patient care.
- Demonstrate clinical competency, clinical judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to providing quality patient care.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in health, science, natural science, nursing, engineering, and/or primary science.
- Minimum Two (2) or more years of full-time invasive cardiology experience preferred.
