Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and licensed School Psychologist to provide psychological support and services in a remote educational setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and offering counseling and support to students dealing with academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students in virtual or hybrid school environments.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide recommendations for accommodations and interventions.
  • Offer counseling and support to students dealing with academic, behavioral, and emotional challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to create effective educational plans and support systems.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student assessments and progress.
Requirements
  • Valid School Psychologist license in Michigan.
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working in educational settings, preferably with remote or hybrid models.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively use virtual communication tools.
  • Knowledge of educational laws and regulations specific to Illinois.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with various psychological assessment tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with remote assessment and counseling platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload effectively.
