We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the operation of our Maintenance Department at Atlantic Shores Rehabilitation & Health Center in Millsboro, Delaware.

• Plan, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
• Develop and maintain written maintenance policies and procedures.
• Assist maintenance staff in the development and use of departmental policies, procedures, equipment, and supplies.
• Make written and oral reports to the Administrator on the operation of the Maintenance Department.

• Experience in maintenance management in a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance policies and procedures.
