About the Job

As a Loss Control Inspector with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a critical role in helping our clients mitigate risks and ensure compliance with insurance requirements. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team of independent contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify potential hazards and provide comprehensive reports to our clients.
• Use your analytical skills to assess risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
• Work independently to set your own schedule and prioritize tasks to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements

• Be an energetic and self-motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have a strong desire to succeed and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Be able to manage an aggressive workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Google Chrome, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Preferred Qualifications

• VIITA Certification or previous experience in construction, plumbing, electrical, life safety, fire fighting, general contracting, or property management.
