Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at Allied Presbyterian Rust Medical Center for a 13-week travel assignment. As a radiology professional, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a radiology technician, with a strong background in diagnostic imaging.
  • Current certification in radiography, with a valid license to practice in the state of New Mexico.
  • Successful completion of at least one previous 13-week travel assignment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with on-call responsibilities.
