Research Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN Infusion to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and assume individual responsibility for the provision of nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice, and the generic and unit structure standards.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certified within 90 days of hire.
- One year oncology and chemotherapy experience required.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse - Missouri Licensure (or compact).
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
