Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to join our team at Telecare Corporation. As a key member of our crisis residential services team, you will provide recovery-focused services to individuals in need of mental health support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by physicians.
  • Implement direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client behavior or condition to ensure timely interventions.

Requirements
