A certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) is sought to join our team at CHI Dickinson in Dickinson, North Dakota. This full-time opportunity offers a unique chance to practice anesthesia services in a busy, quality-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $220 per hour for independent contractor work and $200 per hour for full-time employee positions. Additionally, the company provides robust compensation, including paid professional liability insurance, relocation assistance of up to $15,000, and a forgivable loan of $50,000 with a stipend of $1,000 per month. Other benefits include 26 weeks of paid time off per year, CME reimbursement of $5,000, and an excellent benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and more.
Job Description:
In this role, you will provide full-scope CRNA services to a wide range of cases, including orthopedic, OB/GYN, and eye procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm, with call coverage on a 1:5 block basis. You will work independently, without MD supervision, and have access to electronic health records via Meditech. The supportive administrative team ensures a smooth operation of the hospital's 25-bed ICU and 60,000 residents served in southwest North Dakota.
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must hold a current registered nurse license, certification as a CRNA, and a valid ND medical license. BLS/ACLS certifications are also required.
