Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and solicit high-quality loan applications that align with our current offerings
• Educate clients on available loan programs, underwriting standards, and relevant regulations
• Conduct interviews with applicants to gather and evaluate financial data
• Promote additional company products and services
• Generate new loan business through effective marketing and community engagement initiatives
• Remain updated on market trends and regulatory changes
• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring adherence to all policies
• Perform other related tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Completion of specialized banking and lending training
• Required: 3 - 5 years of experience in real estate lending
• NMLS registration is mandatory

Compensation:

Salary range is competitive, with a minimum of USD $24.75 per hour and a maximum of USD $38.31 per hour.

Compensation Package: Commensurate with experience, including benefits such as paid holidays, vacation time, insurance options, 401K, pension plans, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Physical Requirements: The role may require standing, walking, sitting, handling or feeling objects, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities may be necessary.
