Welcome to the Woodcliff Hotel & Spa, where we're passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you'll play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences that exceed our guests' expectations.

Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and ensure the restaurant is prepared for opening, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout service.
* Act as both a host and server, serving water, suggesting menu items, and providing personalized service that includes sharing local tips and updates.
* Demonstrate a strong knowledge of menu items and beverages to offer informed recommendations, delivering prompt and exceptional service to enhance the dining experience.
* Prioritize safety and security by adhering to the hotel's safety protocols and escalating any concerns to management.

Qualifications:

* Availability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
* Proficiency in understanding the steps of service.
* Attention to detail to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
* Ability to cater to guests' needs attentively.
* Willingness to support fellow associates when required.
* Previous experience in handling cash transactions is preferred.
* A high school education or equivalent is preferred, and at least one year of progressive experience in food & beverage is required, as is a ServSafe or Tips certification.
* Physical requirements include the ability to work long hours, as needed, and possess the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time without sitting or leaning.
