Our expertise encompasses design build/design assist, pre-construction, commissioning, building information modeling, and stringent quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems.
  • Interpret and understand wiring schematics, installation, and operational service manuals.
  • Utilize company service software on provided devices for timely documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
  • Exhibit accountability for assigned tasks, including time management and follow-up.
  • Adhere to established safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC.
  • Capability to follow project scopes.
  • Must successfully pass a drug screening.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must hold an EPA certification.
  • Proficient in using gauge meters, measuring tools, and hand/power equipment.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
