Heavy Mechanic

Government Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanic to join our team in Afton, Wyoming. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including a $2,000 hiring bonus.

The Senior Mechanic will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks with automotive equipment and heavy-duty vehicles, including diesel and gasoline engine overhauls and tune-ups, brakes, steering, transmission, and hydraulic repairs.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles and equipment
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles and equipment are in good working condition
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals
