Job Overview

These projects may include water treatment systems, wastewater management, stormwater solutions, and site development tasks. You will report to an Associate Project Manager or Principal and will work autonomously while supervising the contributions of others. Building strong relationships with clients is essential, as you will provide guidance and oversight throughout all stages of the projects. You will also play a crucial role in mentoring and advising junior team members. In this position, you will manage multiple small to medium-sized projects that vary in complexity.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee civil engineering projects with 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Apply foundational engineering principles effectively.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, plans, and specifications.
  • Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Water CAD, Sewer CAD, or Civil 3D, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Develop detailed site and grading plans, including erosion and sediment control strategies.
  • Design stormwater management systems, and water and wastewater facilities, and create roadway and parking designs.
  • Prepare assessments, analyses, and reports related to project inventories.
  • Draft proposals for professional services.
  • Manage client relationships and project deliverables.
  • Develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
  • Contribute to the technical approach of projects and engage in public presentations.
