**Job Description:** Healthcare Specialist
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Specialist to join our team at ACCESS (MI). As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, working under the general supervision of a physician.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform physical examinations and record physical findings.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, formulate diagnoses, and prescribe or recommend medications or other forms of treatment according to patient's health care needs.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team, consult with physicians and advanced practice clinicians as needed, and refer clients to appropriate resources.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or related field required.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner, with a minimum of one year in a medical office setting and at least one year working with youth or any equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training approved by Human Resources.
- Licenses/Certifications Required at Date of Hire (depending on functional area): Michigan Nursing License, Nurse Practitioner Certification, Physician Assistant License.
**Salary:** $95,000 - $125,000 per annum.
