Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Associate to join our team at Intuit. As a Tax Associate, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
  • Prepare and file business and personal tax returns
  • Provide tax advice and explanations to customers
  • Utilize commercial tax preparation software to prepare tax returns
  • Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong business tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns
  • Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
  • Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, research skills, and determination
