Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Opportunity

Adventist Health is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a Labor and Delivery setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to Labor and Delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timing.
- Participate in emergency situations, such as code blues and obstetric emergencies, and respond promptly to patient needs.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience.
