Key Responsibilities

  • Serve customers with empathy and clear communication to understand their needs.
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Prepare high-quality products precisely to company recipes and customer needs.
  • Adapt and follow instructions using adequate comprehension skills.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling.
  • Report to work on time and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Perform all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Ability to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
  • Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
  • Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills.
  • Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
  • Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
  • Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
  • Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.
