Leasing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at Horizon Realty Advisors LLC. As a Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and prospective residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience.

• Provide warm and welcoming service to visitors, prospective and current residents.
• Offer tours of facilities and available units, matching residents' needs with available floor plan options.
• Conduct phone, online, and tour sales with prospective and current residents.
• Verify references and prepare lease files for review and approval.
• Coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes as directed.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the market and participate in daily property operations.
• Assist with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.
• Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

• Competitive hourly wage: $14.00-18.00 DOE, plus renewal and new lease commissions.
• Rental housing discount of 20% available if living on site at Republic on Main.
