As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and implementing simulation exercise architectures, supervising the implementation of communication systems, and integrating Army MCIS in support of distributed exercises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement simulation exercise architectures
  • Supervise the implementation of communication systems
  • Integrate Army MCIS in support of distributed exercises
  • Manage a team of scenario developers, subject matter experts, and systems engineers
  • Ensure the Battlespace Simulation integration into the respective sites operations
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in planning simulation exercise architectures, supervising the implementation of communication systems, and integrating Army MCIS in support of distributed exercises
  • 3 years of experience in IT management
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with constructive simulation systems used in military training environments
  • 3 years of experience and proficiency in intelligence analysis tools and software
