Job Summary

The Department of Art and Design at the University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in the area of Art Therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for teaching and a background in Art Therapy to join our faculty team.

Responsibilities
  • Teach assigned undergraduate courses in Art Therapy, adhering to published course descriptions and programmatic learning outcomes.
  • Deliver courses according to departmental guidelines, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students.
  • Provide meeting times for students, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Manage online and paper-based grading systems, maintaining accurate and timely records.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in Art Therapy, with at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline.
  • College teaching experience is preferred, but not required.
