Key Responsibilities- Lead the installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of commercial mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, compressors, pumps, motors, and domestic water systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including those related to commercial boilers, control systems, and water treatment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize system efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and ensure they are properly trained and certified.
- Seven years of demonstrated experience with installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of commercial mechanical systems.
- Seven years of demonstrated experience with commercial boilers rated at a minimum of 250 horsepower.
- Seven years of demonstrated experience with commercial control systems.
- Five years of working knowledge in commercial water treatment, backflow prevention, domestic water and building sewage systems, natural gas and diesel distribution, and refrigeration systems.
- Current Top Secret security clearance.
