Production Lead Specialist

About the Role:
Panera Bread is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Fresh Dough Facility, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of production shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run production shifts efficiently by ensuring the team stays on schedule.
- Making necessary adjustments to batches and production schedules for late add-ons.
- Ensuring that associates follow and complete formulas, schedules, and all required documentation.
- Identifying and resolving equipment issues during the production shift.
- Notifying management of personnel issues as they arise.
- Coordinating and verifying responsibilities for production associates.
- Knowledge of all production equipment and the ability to run equipment as needed.
- Operating power lift equipment and maintaining an organized work area.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a food industry background.
- The ability to perform hands-on, physical tasks, and show the ability to work at a steady and quick pace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Bi-lingual language skills are preferred.
