We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IU Health Bloomington Hospital as a Travel Nurse RN. This is a contract RN opportunity for a Medical Surgical Unit.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical environment.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in charge nurse responsibilities, including training and resource provision.
- Meet the requirements for BCLS certification and CERNER experience.
- Current IN state license and required certifications in hand.
- 3+ years of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
- Ability to work every other weekend.
- Proficiency in starting IVs, nasal cannula, and interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
- CERNER experience required.
COVID vaccine is required for all travelers at IU Health campuses with medical or religious exemptions accepted with a doctor's note.
