Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care and support as per the established care plan
  • Measure and record vital signs and other health indicators as instructed

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of verified experience in healthcare or as a health aide
  • Certification as a Nurse Assistant (CNA or STNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
