Responsabilidades
Un Asociado de Ventas en OTC contribuye a la misión de Out of the Closet al presentar una cara amigable y servicial a los compradores, donantes, personas que buscan pruebas o clientes de farmacia. Dentro de sus funciones de registrar ventas y responder preguntas de los clientes, esta posición tiene la oportunidad de ofrecer un servicio excepcional que mejora la reputación de AHF y anima a los clientes a regresar a Out of the Closet y recomendarlo a otros. Además, un mejor rendimiento en ventas aumentará la capacidad de AHF para atender a más clientes.
La precisión en el manejo de compras en efectivo y con tarjeta de crédito protege a AHF y maximiza los ingresos de la tienda.
El asociado puede mejorar la experiencia de otros empleados de Out of the Closet siendo amigable y servicial, y ofreciendo su ayuda cuando sea necesario. Además, proporcionar retroalimentación a su gerente sobre cómo se podría mejorar el servicio permitirá al miembro del equipo aumentar su contribución.
El asociado agrega un valor constante al equipo de Out of the Closet al adaptarse a diversas situaciones con facilidad y ser flexible.
Calificaciones
Para desempeñar este trabajo con éxito, un individuo debe poder realizar cada deber esencial de manera satisfactoria. Educación y/o Experiencia
Diploma de escuela secundaria o diploma de educación general (GED); o de uno a tres meses de experiencia relacionada y/o capacitación; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia.
Habilidades Lingüísticas
Capacidad para leer e interpretar documentos como reglas de seguridad, instrucciones de operación y mantenimiento, y manuales de procedimientos. Capacidad para redactar informes y correspondencia rutinaria. Capacidad para hablar de manera efectiva ante grupos de clientes o empleados de la organización.
Habilidades Matemáticas
Capacidad para sumar y restar números de dos dígitos y multiplicar y dividir con 10's y 100's. Capacidad para realizar estas operaciones utilizando unidades de dinero estadounidense y medidas de peso, volumen y distancia.
Capacidad de Razonamiento
Habilidades Básicas: Capacidad para aplicar un entendimiento de sentido común para llevar a cabo instrucciones escritas u orales detalladas pero no complejas. Capacidad para enfrentar problemas que involucren algunas variables concretas en situaciones estandarizadas.
Otras Habilidades y Capacidades/Calificaciones
• Capacidad para mantener un horario de trabajo flexible, incluyendo noches y fines de semana.
• Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva con otros en un entorno orientado al trabajo en equipo y proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente.
