Job Title: Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at PhyNet Dermatology LLC. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support to our dermatologists and patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and address patients' scheduling needs or triage concerns as appropriate.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of services and scheduling preferences for all providers at assigned primary and secondary practices.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes, procedures, and new practice implementations.
  • Complete assigned learning and actively participate in learning sessions or round table discussions.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-1 year of customer service experience in a call center, healthcare, or retail environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Work Environment and Travel Requirements:

This role is based in a well-lit, ventilated, and climate-controlled office environment with routine office equipment. The noise level is typical for an office and/or medical clinic environment.
