About the Role

  • We offer an estimated salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A $10,000 sign-on bonus eligibility for full-time, bedside RNs.

Job Description

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Utilization Review and Case Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing your specialized knowledge and skills to develop and implement effective care plans for patients.
  • Conducting thorough assessments and reviews to identify areas for improvement in patient care.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited school (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • Experience in utilization review and case management.
