Aristeo is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale projects in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among stakeholders.
  • Schedule Management: Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including fee payment, rental equipment, and income/expenses.
  • Quality Control: Ensure projects are constructed in accordance with safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule requirements.
  • Client Management: Interface directly with client representatives, A-E representatives, and other contractors to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and develop Project Engineers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex problems, ensuring minimal disruption to projects and maintaining a positive working relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management, with a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and trades.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software, with excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, strong leadership skills, and a passion for developing new accounts and driving business growth.
