Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient care meets standards of practice, and documentation reflects nursing process and interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in departmental performance improvement activities, including planning, measuring, monitoring, assessing, and improving.
- Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to patient needs and taking responsibility for meeting those needs.
- One (1) year recent (within the last three (3) years) full-time equivalent experience in Level III NICU or successful completion of KP Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) course or approved equivalent within prior twelve (12) months.
- License, Certification, Registration.
