Job Summary:

Kings Dominion is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Medical Responder II to join our team. As a Medical Responder II, you will be responsible for providing medical assistance to employees and park guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides basic clinical and/or basic life support care to guests and employees, including wound care, removing splinters, administering over-the-counter medications, and basic health evaluations according to Kings Dominion guidelines and ODEMSA protocols.
  • Promptly responds to medical calls in the park and performs thorough accident investigations.
  • Processes and completes departmental paperwork and maintains a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Cleans and maintains supplies and equipment.
  • Assists with patient follow-up, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid CPR certification.
  • Must possess a valid Virginia State EMT-ALS Certification.
  • Emergency Vehicle Operator Certification (EVOC) class II is preferred.
  • Must have a valid Virginia driver's license.
