Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing and maintaining our satellite TV and smart home solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure satellite TV and smart home systems in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Travel to customer locations, including climbing ladders and working in varying weather conditions
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work at heights of up to 40 feet
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction goals
