**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caring Support Professional to join our team at Alden Group Homes. As a key member of our care team, you will provide direct nursing care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
  • Make regular rounds to ensure that nursing staff is performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Create a warm, supportive environment that promotes physical and emotional well-being among our customers.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.

**Requirements:

  • A current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the State of Illinois.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, and customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
