Forensic Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Forensic Clinician to join our team at Family Service Association Of Bucks County. As a Forensic Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to individuals involved in the legal system, promoting positive internal emotional change and more adaptive external behavioral patterns.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Conduct biopsychosocial and forensic evaluations to assess clients' mental health and substance use needs, and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with the legal system, including courts, law enforcement, and correctional facilities, to ensure seamless coordination of services and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with other staff members, community-based service sites, and other community service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and upgrade social service knowledge and practice skills, and to stay current with best practices in the field.
- Master of Social Work degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education or a master's degree in a closely related health or human service profession from an accredited graduate program.
- CAADC certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of ASAM criteria preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
