About the Role:

This is a full-time position that involves working Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 1-hour break for lunch. You'll be required to share call responsibilities with your colleagues, which will involve caring for patients at a community hospital without a trauma designation. This role also comes with approximately equal time spent on clinic and surgery duties, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care: Deliver high-quality patient care by providing medical treatment, conducting surgeries, and attending to administrative tasks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including hospitalists and physician assistants, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage administrative tasks, such as maintaining accurate records and coordinating with staff members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; Physician Assistant experience preferred.
  • Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery by ABOS required.
  • Unrestricted California State Medical License required.
  • Current California DEA certificate required to start.
  • Candidates without a California State Medical License may be considered, but the licensing process typically takes 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Joints focus in adult reconstruction.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $533,440 to $802,700 per year, based on experience and performance.
