Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will assist in patient assessments by gathering essential data for RN analysis.
- Execute care plans, including specimen collection and wound management. May administer medications.
- Document patient care activities.
- Support RN in the development of care plans.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and responses to interventions with the RN, physician, patients, and families.
- Act as an advocate for the patient's physical and emotional health.
- Complete all required educational assignments, including both classroom and online training.
This role requires strong critical thinking abilities, decisive judgment, and the capacity to work independently. You must be able to function effectively in a high-pressure environment and respond appropriately.
