Lifeguard - Seasonal

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Lifeguard to join our team at M Resort. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests in and around our pool area.

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor pool areas and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a safe and clean pool environment.
• Participate in regular training and drills to stay up-to-date on emergency response procedures.

• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Physical stamina to perform duties in a fast-paced environment.
