- Design and optimize operational sequences while defining procedures for the production of tools and equipment that influence product performance.
- Modify machinery or equipment designs to align with production and factory conditions.
- Integrate inspection and testing requirements into the manufacturing plan.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Ideal candidates will have extensive mechanical and electrical manufacturing engineering experience, preferably within the Aerospace sector. Experience in other industries, such as food or chemicals, may not meet the required criteria.
It is essential for candidates to have led significant manufacturing engineering projects, demonstrating leadership in completing project tasks.
Problem-solving experience is crucial, with green belt or black belt certification being highly desirable.
