Spa Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our team at Burke Williams. As a key member of our wellness team, you will be responsible for maintaining a 5-Star standard in presentation and service for our guests. Your duties will include laundry, refilling products, light janitorial work, and ensuring a clean and professional environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
• Perform laundry and light janitorial duties to maintain a clean and professional environment
• Refill products and ensure that all areas of the spa are well-stocked
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and maintain a high level of service
• Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in the hospitality or spa industry preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
