  • Review monthly status reports from Project Managers and respond appropriately.
  • Prepare, monitor, and participate in monthly Work-In-Progress meetings.
  • Review and oversee the financial statements of the department.
  • Plan and coordinate the monthly activities calendar for the department.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings to ensure team alignment and communication.
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget for the department.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Support Company leadership in overall operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Foster a respectful work environment by treating others as you wish to be treated.
  • Participate in monthly management meetings to discuss ideas or concerns related to personnel, projects, customers, or other relevant issues.
  • Review and approve requests for paid time off and timesheets for the division.
  • Establish and uphold company policies regarding conduct, technology usage, and ethical standards.
  • Engage in project budget development and forecasting of project costs to completion.
  • Attend project turnover meetings with estimating and field management teams.
  • Encourage team participation in educational and professional development programs.
  • Engage in networking and association functions relevant to the company.
  • Train Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers according to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Review and authorize all job-related purchase orders.

Work Environment:
In this role, employees may frequently encounter airborne particles, mechanical movements, and vibrations. Occasional exposure to extreme conditions at construction sites is expected, with noise levels that can be high. The position involves both indoor and outdoor work, potentially in adverse weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands outlined here represent those necessary for successful job performance. Employees may need to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl occasionally. Frequent lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds is required, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Specific vision capabilities needed for this role include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
