Compensation

We offer a competitive salary for this role, estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and location.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Engineer providing on-site technical support and maintenance for robotic and automation equipment. Responsibilities include:

  • Installing, repairing, and maintaining equipment at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting and solving technical issues, including robotics and control systems.
  • Performing routine maintenance and inspections.
  • Providing training and support to customers on equipment usage.
  • Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Mitsubishi, Haas, Mori Seiki) and Siemens controls.
  • The ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
  • Technical training or a degree in Engineering (or a similar field).
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
